House Joint Memorial 48 - 1999

Former prisoners of war and BCMFofNM directors Agapito Silva, Leo Padilla and Andy Miller were present before both houses of the New Mexico Legislature when the following memorial was read in February, 1999. The veterans, when introduced, received a five minute standing ovation. The memorial was passed by both houses and signed by the Governor in March.
